Weather dampens track, but not racing

Posted June 12th, 2007

Freedom Kart drivers were on the grid awaiting the command to start the engines when the weather let loose. High winds and tons of rain dampened the track, but couldn't dampen the racing spirit. Our drivers challenged the weather & won. Out of a field of 14 total karts, Karl won, Brent finished 2nd, Rick 4th, Ted 6th and Brian 8th. Way to go Freedom Kart drivers.
