Recommended Gearing: In the past I have seen 11/88, but a 10/90 or 10/91 is the most common. I have gone as far as 10/94 and had good luck too.
Set up tip: Set your kart up to flex as much as posible. The more the better.

Freedom Kart Race Dates: June 2nd and 3rd
Gearing: 11 or 12 driver and 74-77 axle
Race Note: This race will be part of the Island Days Summer Carnival and Celebration. It will take place on a portion of the airport runway adjacent to the carnival. The track surface is very smooth. The track configuration is planned to be about 5/8 of a mile.

Rod estimates that we should be running speeds in the 75-80 Mph. range at the end of the 700' straight away. Estimated lap times are low to mid 30 seconds.
